Add KIS support (IOKit backend)
This commit adds support for communicating with devices in KIS DFU (A16+ in DFU).
KIS DFU devices are treated like normal DFU devices, therefore clients of
libirecovery will be able to communicate with these devices without any changes.
Currently, only the IOKit backend supports KIS DFU.
